Here's the skit for this month:
Stagecoach
PROPS:
ACTION:
Driver makes it known that he is driving a stagecoach to Dodge City to drop off a shipment of gold. Two clowns sit side-by-side, bouncing as if on bumpy road. They are riding along on a nice day when, all of a sudden, something goes flying by. Both clowns duck.
Driver: “What was that?”
Passenger: “That was an arrow!” (Both clowns duck again.)
Driver: “Oh, no! Something else came by us! What was that?”
Passenger: “That was another arrow! I see Indians; let’s go faster!”
Driver: “I’m going as fast as I can! How close are they?”
Passenger: “They’re about this big.” (Show about 1 inch.)
Driver: “Hope these horses hold out. How close are they, now?”
Passenger: “They’re about this big.” (Show about 1 foot.)
Driver: “They’re gaining on us! How close are they, now?”
Passenger: “They’re about this big.” (Show about 3 feet.)
Driver: “Shoot ‘em! Shoot ‘em!”
All action stops - Driver looks at Passenger.
Passenger: “I can’t shoot ‘em! I’ve known ‘em since they were this big!” (Show about 1 inch.)
