The Parade of A Thousand Clowns

Here are more parade pictures for you to enjoy! It was a great day at the
Red Skelton Memorial Festival.

After the Parade of A Thousand Clowns, we got to meet so many
friendly, funny clowns and watch them perform in the park.

There was even a donut eating contest - two actually - one for kids and one for adults. The contest was dreamed up by
Red Skelton's wife and has become an annual event.
Here are pictures of the 2009 contest.

There were gallons of milk on hand
to wash down all of those donuts!
After the contest,
more of the clowns enjoyed a sweet treat!
